What I need to do if I received my order faulty, damaged or improper?

If you receive your parcel improper or damaged then please sign the parcel as damaged or faulty. After receiving your items kindly, check them properly and thoroughly within 7 days of delivery. You have 7 days to claim after delivery if your goods are not proper, damaged, faulty or in bad state. Here is our quick guide for your convenience:

1- Within 7 days of delivery completely check your items, whether they are flawless, complete and proper according to your order. But if you find any problem in your order then must inform us about all details in one email within 7 days of delivery.

2- You can catch us either  by logging into your account and submitting a new request, or you may contact us using the CONTACT US section given at the bottom of the page. Whatever the way you use to contact us carefully and thoroughly provide us clear details about your claim that what item is broken faulty or damaged.

3- Please send us a photo for evidence that we may help you to raise it with courier.

4- We will provide you an opportunity to replace or refund your broken items.

If your parcel is not according to your demand then what you have to do to send them back?

If you find that your parcel is not according to your order or demand, you can sent it back. DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS give with this right to cancel the contract but with a notice. You have to sent your goods back withi14 days from the starting day of delivery on our address at(your own expense). The complete return process is given here:

1-The first step is, visit our CONTACT US page which is available at the bottom of the website. Have your order number handy.

2-Clearly inform us that what item you want to change and why? But beware if you want to return something it should must be unused and in its same original condition as you received it. Its all parts, packing covers, boxes each and every thing must be returned with goods. Otherwise, you may not be eligible to return them.

3-You have to return your item within 14 days of delivery and its quite essential to inform us about your intention that you want to return your goods.

4-Dear customer please beware that some particular kind of items cannot be return. As flowers, newspaper, magazines and things which can be spoiled such as food. Products of hazardous materials, sanitary items or flammable    liquids or gases such types of things also not returnable. Some other non-returnable items are: gift cards, Downloadable software products ,item related to health and of personal care.

5- To complete the return process we will be need your recepit or proof of purchase. And please don’t send your parcel back to the manufacturer. In some particular conditions only partial refund will be give (if applicable) books with definite signs of usage, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software,video game,cassette tape,or vinyl record that has been cealed out or opened . Any such product which is faulty or damaged not in its original condition or missing parts not because of our error but from you side.

Any product that returned more than 14 days after delivery: refunds (if applicable).

After receiving and complete cheking, we will send you an email to inform you that we have get your returned goods as well as we will inform you of the rejection or accepting of your refund. If you are eligibl for refunding, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Not that* we will refund your money in the same way you paid for your product. By credit or debit card-your money will sent back onto the same card. Allow 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

By gift card or memory card-your money will sent back onto your card or we will send you a cheque. By card and clubcard vouchers-we will either put your money back on the card, send you a cheque or give you the   equivalent value in clubcard points.                                                                    

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you  have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us info@bshomewares.co.uk or call us.                                                              

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchnges(if applicable )

We are welcome to replace all items meeting our criteria and under in our return policy.

Gifts:- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you  will receive a gift credit for the value of return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item is not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to:You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning  your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over £50,you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
