How much time will your order take to be delivered?

 It has always been our practice to send customers’ orders either the same day or the next working day. Normally, we take 24 hours couriers, in this case you can get your order within 1-2 days. But it may take more time to be delivered if you belong to other than UK Mainland postcode.    

If you want to get your products urgent or earlier?

If you need your order earlier or the following day from your order then simply, call us. As it is mentioned above that we take 24 hours courier but if you want to get your order the next day at your call we will be give priority to your order. You will be charged no additional charges for the next day as we offer it as a part of our standard delivery fee. Occasionally, it may happen that circumstances raise such situation that you may not get your order within required time. In this case you can return your items to us(if you after required date) through via our return procedure.      

Idea about time in the day when I shall receive my order?

It is not possible for us to determine a specific time in the day when you will receive your orders, we can guess but will not be sure. This usually between 8am and 6pm. We will forward you a  sent notification and a tracking number. You can either track your parcel online or contact us. It would help you to estimate that when your parcel may arrive. We cannot deny about the role of traffic and other factors in couriers’ delivery. So, the dates and given times can only be an estimate or approximation.           

If I need my order on Saturday?

We can send your order on Saturday at your request. Its process would be simple just visit our website for ordering and then call us to arrange of day(Saturday) delivery. Its charges would be additional £15 for the first parcel and £5 for each subsequent parcel. It would be better to inform us by 12 noon on the Friday so, we may arrange it for you. If I have to change my destination(delivery address)?

If you have to change your destination(delivery address) you can do so but before its delivery. But if the parcel has been sent at first mentioned address, you may have to charge  additional charges for this change, if you mean to re-send parcel at new address. We will clearly inform you about extra charges before re-sending at new destination.       

 If I am unable to receive my order myself can it be sent at somewhere safe place?

We can understand that it’s not always possible that you receive your parcel yourself. In this case you should specify a safe place for your parcel to be left without attend. But beware that in such case it’s totally at your own risk and responsibility. And you cannot claim for any damage, loss or misplacing.

Our limitations regarding delivery?

1-We are bound to deliver your order at the door of your mentioned building but if your residence is in upper floors  then it would be totally depend on the delivery driver either he can take your  parcel further or not.

2-It may happen that we send your parcel in a pallet, by keeping in view parcel size. But if you are not in this position to receive pallet delivery, or there are  other delivery restrictions at the delivery address, then it would be ideal to inform us at the time of ordering  a pallet then you must be there to receive it because they cannot be left safe. To receive your large items you may be need the help of delivery driver to manage in reasonable means, but if you do not want to accept this help due to some reasons, you must have to notify us at the time of ordering. Beware delivery driver are not bound to take any item or your order up any stairs. Their duty is just to pull the pallet through a pallet truck as far as they do it easily. To  take your pallet away is depends on an individual delivery driver’s will otherwise they would not remove or take away your items.

3-We are unable to deliver at PO addresses.
